How Lease to Own Works

Lease with the option to buy! Lease a car, truck or minivan and at the end
of your short term either turn in the vehicle, upgrade to another one or pay
the low residual to buy it out right.

Payments are collected
bi-weekly.
- Sales Tax is calculated and added to each payment as you make it,
rather than paid all up front.
- Initial Payments from $1595.00 (Due at signing).

Payments from $88.00 per week, these payments are made paid
bi-weekly.

Terms are from 12-24 Months.

Must live within 35 miles of the Dealership.

- Valid California Drivers License and Social Security Card.
- Proof of income
- Last 2 Paystubs, or If applicable Award letter from SSI.

- Proof of Residence
- Current Mortgage Statement or Rental/Lease Agreement.
